Tryouts will be held in the evenings beginning September 19th and may run through September 30th. The tryout schedule will be posted in early September when available.
Players must be registered online prior to tryouts.
Practices: Will begin during the first week in November.
Grades 5-7 practice for 1.5 hours each week on Monday evenings and 1 hour on Wednesday evenings (some teams may practice for 1 hour on Mondays and 1 1/2 on Wednesdays depending on gym availability). There are occasional Monday holidays in which case practice will be held only on Wednesday. Times and locations will be determined before the start of the season - typically between 6:00-9:00.
Grade 8 practices once a week for 1.5 hours on Saturday evenings (approx 5:30-7:00pm)
Grade 4 practices once a week for 1 hour on Mondays or Wednesdays
Games:
Some coaches may opt to have their teams participate in pre-season tournaments, typically held Thanksgiving weekend.
The regular season games will be played on Sundays from December 4th through February 26th, including games over MLK holiday weekend and both weekends of February vacation. Games can be played anytime from early morning thru early evening. Times vary each week. Playoffs will take place between February 28th and March 12th. There can also be occasional games on Saturdays/weeknights.
